Ore Ofe Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Domestic Shipping

  • Please Note:  

    As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery time for your shipment will begin. This includes a period of 2 working days in which our warehouse will process and dispatch your shipment from Monday through Friday. In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of delay via email.

    If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, in which case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.

  • Shipment Time: Products typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of the final payment.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery takes 1 to 12 business days, depending on location and external factors.
  • Delivery Days: Shipments occur on all days of the week.
  • Delivery Notifications: Expect contact via call, email, or SMS from the delivery agent prior to arrival.
  • Tracking: An email with the order summary and tracking link will be sent post-purchase.
  • Combined Shipments: Multiple products in one transaction will be attempted to ship together, subject to stock availability.
  • Multiple Addresses: Separate transactions are required for different delivery addresses.
  • Non-Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • Liability for Delays: Not responsible for delays or damage in transit outside our control. No refunds for delivery delays.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Typically 15-25 days from dispatch.
  • Tracking Provided: Check delivery status via the provided tracking link.
  • No COD: Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
  • No Cancellations Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
  • No Exchanges/Replacements: These are not offered for international orders.
  • Possible Delays: May occur due to factors like bad weather, flight delays, or political disruptions. We will inform you about any expected delays.

General Terms

  • Liability: We are not liable for mental distress caused by delivery delays.
  • Replacement Policy: Replacements are processed per our Return and Cancellation Policy if obligations are met.
