Ore Ofe Shipping and Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Shipment Time: Products typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of the final payment.
- Delivery Time: Delivery takes 1 to 12 business days, depending on location and external factors.
- Delivery Days: Shipments occur on all days of the week.
- Delivery Notifications: Expect contact via call, email, or SMS from the delivery agent prior to arrival.
- Tracking: An email with the order summary and tracking link will be sent post-purchase.
- Combined Shipments: Multiple products in one transaction will be attempted to ship together, subject to stock availability.
- Multiple Addresses: Separate transactions are required for different delivery addresses.
- Non-Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- Liability for Delays: Not responsible for delays or damage in transit outside our control. No refunds for delivery delays.
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: Typically 15-25 days from dispatch.
- Tracking Provided: Check delivery status via the provided tracking link.
- No COD: Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
- No Cancellations Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
- No Exchanges/Replacements: These are not offered for international orders.
- Possible Delays: May occur due to factors like bad weather, flight delays, or political disruptions. We will inform you about any expected delays.
